From Aruba to the Netherlands: A Career in Job Placement

My life journey began in sunny Aruba, but for 26 years I have lived in the Netherlands. Throughout my 23-year career, I have been active in employment services, with a focus on secondment, recruitment, recruitment business partnership, and talent acquisition.

Recently, I took on the role of Managing Director at IFS Elevations. Here I deal with the day-to-day management and operations of our secondment company. Our approach is simple but effective: by accurately identifying the needs of our clients and professionals, we realize the perfect match. But it doesn't stop there. We continue to invest in our relationships because needs change and people grow. By constantly staying in touch, we move with the world of change and always provide the right solutions.
